Your planning notes

Complete the required fields and create your plan.

Planning only. Review the result before you act.

Transparent by design

Behind the result - No mystery in the method

All amounts are entered by you in one currency. The tool adds hardware and any entered optional costs, then subtracts the total from your budget. Values use two decimal places; a negative remainder means the estimate exceeds the budget. Blank optional costs are not shown as entries. Blank optional fields are omitted. Text is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML.

The tool does not test a device live, does not access a device or account, does not fetch, validate or confirm bookings, live prices or exact rates, does not fetch live data, and does not store data on a server.

Good to know

Before you go

Does this retrieve current prices or calculate taxes automatically?

No. It uses only the amounts you enter. Include any tax, delivery or other costs in your own estimates; it does not fetch prices, tax rates or currency conversions.

Can I print or share my plan?

Yes. Select Print / save PDF to open your browser’s print dialog, or Download .txt to save a plain-text file. You can then share the file yourself.

Does the site store my budget estimates?

The tool keeps your inputs and result in the current browser page. It does not send or store them on a server. Refreshing or leaving clears the page state; hosting and other WordPress components may process ordinary technical request data.
